1 pint heavy cream
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
black pepper
2 cloves of garlic, minced
To prepare alfredo sauce:
Heat heavy cream over low-medium heat in a deep saute pan. Add butter and stir to melt. Stir in cheese, tomato slices, and garlic. Add some black pepper. Top with more grated cheese. Serve immediately.
Tips
We added mushrooms to this dish because we are fans, if you are deathly afraid of mushrooms, don’t feel obligated..
Chicken compliments this dish well, we broiled some up with a splash of garlic salt, some seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.

d00d this is one of my favorite dishes; I couldn’t believe how easy it was to make!
Super quick and easy, and FULL of flavor!
Thanks for the recipe. Another ingredient you normally see in alfredo sauce is parsely (oh, and nutmeg). Romano’s a good substitute for parmesan, too.
