There are so many disgusting sounding dishes out there and although some of them may taste pretty nice I think a lot of people would rather order in catering than have to try some of these horrible sounding dishes. Here are just some of the worst ones.

Animal Penis

Out of all of the animal parts I wouldnt want to try, this has to be at the top of the list. However it has been said that many of these are supposed to be quite.. tasty if they have been cooked in the right way. On the list are Yak, Donkey and Oxen, make sure you do not forget the $500 costing seal penis. Not to be forgotten about are the kangaroo testicles, anyone seen I’m A Celebrity?. The Chinese believe that by eating these foods you will see many health benefits. There do not seem to be any apparent downsides to this that’s for sure.

Rat

It would seem that this dish is primarily eaten in Thailand and I suppose it is a good way of getting rid of that rodent problem in the garden. In all seriousness the rat is cooked in an open fire and then placed in hot chilli. Maybe if you are struggling with the pennies this month you could go out hunting rats?

Brains?

Both Monkey and Pork Brains are eaten across the world and although it is said that Monkey brains can and will give humans some of the diseases that the monkey could have been carrying they are still eaten. Pork brains are more common and come in tins with milk gravy.

If you are planning a wedding and are a bit adventurous you could try and hunt these dishes and give them a try?. I’m sure granny will appreciate a slice of rat with her salad.

You could go after wedding caterers to get some really nice tasting food on that all important day.
